Opt2Care is a Houston-based nonprofit organization in formation dedicated to expanding equitable, compassionate healthcare access for LGBTQIA+ communities and individuals facing barriers to care.
We are building a model of care rooted in dignity, inclusion, and real community needs—where every person is seen, respected, and supported.
What We Do
Opt2Care is working to launch free and low-cost healthcare services designed to close critical gaps in access across Greater Houston.
Our approach focuses on prevention, continuity of care, and community-based support—ensuring individuals are not only treated, but truly cared for.
Why It Matters
